PME Spray

Edible lustre spray to add colour and sheen to your cake design. This product comes in various colours too, the most popular being gold, rose gold, silver and pearl. NB the silver is a dark, gunmetal grey colour. If you a want nice pale silver cake then we recommend making your sugarpaste pale grey then spraying it with 'pearl'. Pearly grey = silver. Also the clear glaze is good if you need a wet look like leather or fruit.
