Our vanilla sponge cake is baked fresh for you so there's plenty time for you to play with. The cake has a shelf life of up to 5 weeks however we don't recommend that of course, the fresher the better. We are happy to cut circles for you but you will still need to trim and perfect..... you can make whatever shape you like from a square and make a trifle with the off-cuts! We supply to schools, businesses, hobbyists and busy cake designers all over the UK. Try it!
