2️⃣ In the notes section, tell us your collection date and any custom requests (message, age, colours, trims, etc.).
3️⃣ If we need more details, we’ll be in touch! If your date isn’t available, we’ll let you know and cancel your order hassle-free.

Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel:
🗓 More than 2 weeks' notice? No problem! We’ll issue a refund, minus a £20 admin fee for designed cakes.
Less than 2 weeks' notice? Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund, as we may have already started working on your cake or turned away other bookings.

Can’t use your cake? Don’t worry—you can freeze it for later! Ask us for tips on the best way to store it without affecting quality.
