2" edible cupcake toppers. just use ordinary scissors to cut around and peel of the plastic backing. Use a little distilled water on the back to make it sticky - BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET WATER ON THE PRINTED SIDE, IT WILL SMUDGE!. 

For best results, stick onto a white sugarpaste circle and allow to set firm. strong frosting colours or oily buttercream can soak through your image so a white background keeps the image sharp.
