Ready-Baked Vanilla Sponge - TRIPLE layer

Delicious freshly baked vanilla sponge cake, TRIPLE layer (2 layers also available), ready for you to fill, cover, decorate and create your own cake masterpiece perfect for any wedding, birthday or anniversary for example.

Our vanilla sponge cake is baked fresh for you so there's plenty time for you to play with. The cake has a shelf life of up to 3 weeks however we don't recommend that of course, the fresher the better. We are happy to cut circles for you but you will still need to trim, level and perfect..... you can make whatever shape you like from a square and make a trifle with the off-cuts! We supply to schools, businesses, hobbyists and busy cake designers all over the UK. Try it! 

Each layer is approx. 1,5" tall.

2 layers is also an option for a standard height cake so take care when ordering. If you want 4 layers high - order 2 x standard double layer and stack for example. that's a big cake!

Sugar, Wheat flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Dried  Egg White, Dried Egg  Yolk, Modified Starch, Whey Powder (Milk), Emulsifiers (Propane-1, 2-diol esters of fatty acids, Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Sodium stearoyl -2- lactylate), Raising Agents (Disodium diphosphate, Potassium bicarbonate), Milk Protein, Stabiliser (Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), Wheat Gluten, Flavouring, Salt.

Water, Glycerine, Vanilla Flavouring, Potassium, Margerine.

May also contain Soya.

Made at a site where wheat flour, dairy products, soya and nuts (hazelnuts and walnuts) are handled.
